Responsible Minerals Sourcing Policy
The company is committed to responsible sourcing of minerals. We ensure that tantalum, tin, tungsten, and gold (3TG) in our products do not finance conflict or human rights abuses in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) or adjoining countries.
Our due diligence follows international standards, including the OECD Due Diligence Guidance.
We require our suppliers to:
- Complete and submit the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) accurately and on time.
- Source 3TG minerals from independently audited, compliant smelters.
- Provide documentation upon request to verify that materials do not originate from “Covered Countries.”
Suppliers failing to meet these requirements must implement corrective actions. Continued non-compliance may result in termination of the business relationship.
